I am Empress Segura.

I am a wife, a mother of three, and the woman behind Elevate with Empress.

I didn’t create this course from a place of having it all together. I created it from the middle of the mess. I was juggling motherhood, marriage, and the quiet ache of feeling like I had lost myself somewhere along the way. I was doing everything for everyone else and slowly becoming a stranger to myself.
The turning point wasn’t a dramatic moment. It was a quiet one. A decision to stop waiting for life to slow down and start doing the internal work anyway, in the margins, in the early mornings, in the small intentional choices nobody else could see.
That work changed everything. Not my circumstances, but me. The way I thought. The way I held myself. The standards I started to live by.
